The Member for Mathare (Hon. Anthony Tom Oluoch, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why Technical Vocational Training Centers (TVETs) are yet to receive capitation and indicate the total outstanding capitation for the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 financial years for all the TVETS nationally? (ii) state the steps the Ministry is taking to ensure approved TVETs across the country are well capitalized to ensure training is carried out uninterrupted? (iii) explain the steps being taken to ensure all constituencies which have approved TVETs are allocated adequate funds for completion and the necessary machinery installed and teaching staff deployed?
