The Member for Kanduyi (Hon. John Makali, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Provide details on the status of construction of Kakamega – Navakholo-Musikoma Road (C41) in Kanduyi Constituency, whose proposed construction was advertised by the Kenya Rural Roads Authority through a tender notice on 6th March 2017? (ii) Provide details of the Contractor, explain why the Contractor has not turned up at the site and state when construction will be completed considering it was scheduled for completion by 22nd March 2022? (iii) State the contract sum for construction of the said road, how much has been paid so far, the outstanding balance and when the balance will be cleared?
