THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on its consideration of the Second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2025/2026, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 17th June 2026, and pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap 412A and Standing Order 243— (i) approves an increase of the current expenditure for FY 2025/2026 by Kshs. 7,619,000,000 in respect of the Votes contained in the FIRST SCHEDULE; (ii) approves an increase of the capital expenditure for FY 2025/2026 by Kshs. 10,618,023,911 in respect of the Votes contained in the FIRST SCHEDULE; (iii) approves an overall increase in the total budget for FY 2025/2026 by Kshs. 18,237,023,911 in respect of the Votes contained in the FIRST SCHEDULE; and (iv) makes financial recommendations as contained in the THIRD SCHEDULE.
