Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm to the House that the established compensation mechanism will also cover police officers who were injured during the demonstrations, and that the list of civilians to be compensated will be prepared largely by Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO), including the Independent Medical Legal Unit (IMLU), Voice Africa, and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR), to avoid discrimination?
