Could the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration provide a status report on drugs and substance abuse in the coastal region, including the prevalence of alcohol, khat, tobacco, heroin, bhang, and muguka, particularly in Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, and Lamu, and among those aged 15 to 35 years?
