Number of practical science and ICT labs across the country

Question

How many practical learning facilities, meaning science and ICT labs, are there across the country? Having an ICT or science practical laboratory means having a laboratory with equipment. Could the Cabinet Secretary go into that detail because, as far as I know, we do not have such a facility in Makueni County? I do not know where they have done them in the country and their budget if he has any budget. If so and since they have been implementing this for years, when is he going to implement this and what are the statistics?
