Robert Mbui, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) clarify whether enrolment in Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools has increased disproportionately to the detriment of Tier 3 and Tier 4 schools which are now facing possible closure due to declining student populations? (ii) outline the measures put in place to support institutions experiencing significant enrolment decline noting that their financial sustainability is directly tied to the number of learners for receipt of capitation?
