Government communication on tourism cancellations in Laikipia due to misinformation

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us how the Government intends to communicate with citizens? Perhaps, much of this anxiety has arisen from misinformation. Whose failure is it that citizens are receiving information from people who are not authorised to communicate on these matters? Why did those in authority not provide accurate information to the people of Kenya and, in particular, the people of Laikipia?
