Joseph Gitari, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why one Laban Lukenya, a suspect who had been issued with a warrant of arrest, Court Case No. 356/22 has not been arrested despite the matter being reported vide OB No. 10/11/01/2022, OB No.14/24/9/202207, OB No. /9/05/2022 1125 and OB No. 09/10/12/2021 at the Kabonge Polist Post in Kirinyaga Central Constituency? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the measures that the Ministry is putting in place to ensure that the said suspect is arrested?
