Richard Yegon, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary of Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why Primary schools’ students and officials from Bomet County who participated in the Rift Valley Regional Athletics Games Competition held at Narok County from 16th to 19th April 2023, were not facilitated in good time prompting unknown individuals to coerce members of the public to fundraise through social media, Members of Parliament from the five sub-counties each being asked to contribute Ksh. 40,000 and the Governor raise Ksh. 100,000? (ii) explain how students and officials from the other thirteen (13) counties in Rift Valley Region were timely facilitated throughout the competition?
