The Member for Soy (Hon. David Kiplagat, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for EAC, ASALs and Regional Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) provide a distribution of the total development expenditure for the Lake Basin Development Authority in the last five years and the total amount of money set aside by the Authority for projects in Uasin Gishu County over the same period of time? (ii) state the projects that the Authority will undertake in Uasin Gishu County and amount of money set aside for each project in the Financial Year 2023/2024?
