Kakuta Maimai, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why cases of theft of hundreds of livestock in Ololoitikoshi, Oloosidan and Kisaju locations within Kitengela area of Kajiado East Constituency are still rampant despite the holding of many meetings with security apparatus regarding the incidences? (ii) state when the security apparatus allegedly working in cahoots with the criminals will be transferred from the locations? (iii) consider establishing Anti-Stock Theft Units in the Constituency to deal with the unabated menace?
