Irene Mayaka, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Sports and the Arts: - Could the Cabinet Secretary: - (i) expound on the measures put in place to ensure that the Board of Trustees of the National Sports Fund and Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund tables a detailed report on projects that were funded during the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 fiscal years? (ii) provide the documentation including bills of quantities, minutes of governing body, designs, approved plans, and monitoring and evaluation reports for audit purposes? (iii) Explain measures that the Ministry has implemented for the development of sports infrastructure, promotion of arts, monitoring and evaluation?
