Mishi Mboko, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary explain efforts that the Ministry has instituted to address the following challenges facing Junior Secondary Schools in Likoni Constituency and across the country at large: a) inadequate infrastructure for the high enrolment; b) inadequate capitation; and c) shortage of teachers for the 14 learning subjects.
