The Member for Kinangop (Hon. Kwenya Thuku, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the circumstances in which led to the death of the following watchmen: Mr. James Njoroge of ID No. 13207625, Mr. Naftali Gatimu Gathirwa of ID No. 10447423, Mr. Peter Kinyanjui Mugenda of ID No. 2929308, Mr. Richard Henry Kasuku of ID No. 9181596, Mr. Papaiya Lokoringo of ID No. 32605896, Mr. Joseph Mwangi Kimani of ID No. 6103502 and Mr. George Muturi of ID No. 3676734 who were killed by gangs in their respective schools which are Mutiini Secondary School, Kirarwa Secondary School, Kiyo Secondary School, Gathana Secondary School, Kiambariki Secondary School, Mkunji Secondary School and Aberdare Secondary School respectively? (ii) clarify whether any arrests have been made in relation to these bizarre incidents? (iii) state specific actions being implemented or pursued by the Government in response to these incidents?
