Peter Masara, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the measures taken to address the frequent accidents occurring along the Migori – Isebania Highway which has resulted in the loss of more than 14 lives and caused numerous injuries to several people? (ii) provide timelines within which the road will be completed so as to ensure safer and more efficient transportation for road-users? (iii) clarify whether the Ministry intends to construct another bypass along River Migori specifically within Nyangubo village to alleviate congestion on the Highway?
