The Member for Embakasi East (Hon. Babu Owino, MP) to ask the Attorney General: - Could the Attorney General – (i) Explain why the Kenya School of Law has failed to admit over 4,000 students across the country who graduated from different universities, despite the law allowing the said students to be admitted through the Legal Education Act which overrides the Kenya School of Law Act? (ii) State the measures in place to ensure the admission of these students without the Kenya School of Law being in breach of the law?
