George Gitonga Murugara, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why the Contractors engaged by the Ministry to put up Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) classrooms in the country are yet to be paid? (ii) state the total outstanding payments that owed to said contractors for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 financial years? (iii) elucidate the steps the Ministry is taking to ensure all outstanding payments are allocated funding without any further delays that have already caused untold suffering, inconvenience and financial loss?
