The Member for Ndhiwa (Hon. Martin Peters Owino, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Considering that the 2019 Kenya Housing and Population Census reported that Ndhiwa Constituency with seven (7) wards and a population of 218, 136 people is 713 Sq. Kilometres in land size, could the Cabinet Secretary explain what steps the Ministry is undertaking towards sub-dividing the Constituency into three (3) operational and adequately staffed administrative sub- counties and corresponding divisions, locations and sub- locations thereof to enhance effective and efficient delivery of National Government services to the people and within what timelines?
