Babu Owino, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is yet to issue title deeds to the Tenants/Purchasers of plots under its housing programme located within Tassia Estate, and further indicate the timelines within which the title deeds will be issued? (ii) state the reasons why NSSF is charging Tassia residents Ksh. 30,000 in order to be issued title deeds and further requires them to use a third party for the processing of title deeds?
