Charles Kamuren, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) state when will the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) open an office at Kabel trading centre considering that the whole of Mochongoi area in Baringo South Constituency is served by the KPLC office in Nyandarua? (ii) state the efforts instituted by the Ministry towards electrification of Arabal, Rugus, Mukutani and Mochongoi regions in Baringo South Constituency in a bid to support the governments security restoration measures?
