Danson Mwashako, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) indicate when will the JOSA corner section along the winding Wundanyi–Mwatate Highway be classifies as a black spot area as a result of the many lives of motorists and passengers that have been lost? (ii) enumerate effective safety control measures instituted by the Ministry geared towards prevention of further cases of road carnage on black spot areas along the winding Wundayi-Mwatate Highway? (iii) outline plans the Ministry has put in place to allocate funds in the 2023/24 financial year for completion of construction of now stalled Mto–Mwagodi– Mbale–Wundanyi–Werugha–Bura Road?
