Victor Koech, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Explain why the 60km stretch of the Kyogong-Sigor- Chebunyo and Sigor-longisa road to bitumen standards has stalled? (ii) indicate measures the Ministry has taken to ensure that the upgrading to bitumen standards of the aforementioned road is expedited and completed bearing in mind that most sections of the road are now impassable?
