Martha Wangari, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the reason behind the inordinate delay in the appointment of members of the Kenya Engineering Technologists Registration Board (KETRB), given that the tenure of the previous Board ended on 24th October 2019? (ii) provide specific timelines within which the Board will be appointed and duly constituted to execute its mandate as per the Engineering Technology Act No. 23 of 2016? (iii) State reasons why the operations of the Board are not funded by the Government?
