Njoroge Kururia, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the cause of delays in completion of the Thika-Magumu flyover considering that the contract period has since lapsed? (ii) state the amount owed under the contract, and state when it will be paid to the Contractor? (iii) explain the measures the Ministry has put in place to remedy the deplorable state of the road that includes lack of streetlights that have been a consistent cause of poor driving and hijackings?
