Feisal Bader, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why there has been congestion at Kenya Ferries Service, that has resulted in time wastage and impeded investment potential in the Southern Coast Region? (ii) Outline the steps taken by the Ministry to ensure that Kenya Ferries operates optimally and efficiently in order to alleviate congestion? (iii) Explain why Funzi Causeway has taken inordinately long to be completed following its commissioning in 2016 by the then Deputy President, and further state the timelines within which it shall be constructed?
