Anthony Oluoch, MP) to Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Outline the circumstances under which Mathare Constituency NG-CDF incurred an over withdrawal and overpayments, leading to historical audit queries that have not been resolved to date, as follows: (a) Financial Year 2017/2018: Huruma Mixed Secondary School – Ksh. 5.5million. (b) Financial Year 2018/2019: Ndururuno Primary School – Ksh. 1million. (c) Financial Year 2017/2018: Huruma Police perimeter wall: Ksh. 6million. (d) Financial Year 2017-2021: Over withdrawal from Administration vote: Ksh. 7million. (ii) Provide details on what actions have been taken so far to probe the audit queries and the timelines within which investigations are expected to be concluded? (iii) explain why aspersion is cast on approved project proposals of the current NG-CDF Office, based on the historical audit queries and over payments, for audit queries and unauthorized or unexplained expenditures which the current office holders have no relation to, thereby affecting the ongoing projects?
