Anthony Oluoch, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry: - (i) Provide details on the plans the Ministry has to reinstate Mr. Ezekiel Owuor Otieno of ID No. 20869767 as the substantive Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) following the ruling by the Employment and Labour Relations Court? (ii) Explain the circumstances that led to the appointment of Mr. Henry Obino as an acting CEO of Export Processing Zone (EPZ) and subsequent renewal in acting capacity? (iii) Explain steps being taken by the Ministry to implement the decision of the High Court in Petition (Labour Court) E.133 of 2021 filed by Okiya Omtata Okoiti – VS- the Attorney General and Henry Obino and to put to an end the endless sponsored litigation?
