(ii) State the steps that the Ministry is taking to connect Turkana Fish Factory located in Kalokol in Turkana Central Constituency to the national grid in order to mitigate the losses encountered by fishermen? (iii) Explain any progress made by the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy (REREC) to establish a local office in Lodwar for the enhancement of service delivery in the region?
