Paul Abuor, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum:- (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the main causes of rampant power outages within Rongo Constituency and the reasons as to why the Kenya Power Company Ltd. takes inordinately long to restore power supply in the area? (ii) When will all the non-functional transformers within Rongo Constituency be replaced in order to guarantee uninterrupted power supply to the residents?
