The Member for Vihiga (Hon. Ernest Kagesi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the causes of frequent occurrence of road accidents along Kisumu- Kakamega Road in Vihiga, especially at Lunyerere Bridge, which have resulted in numerous deaths and injuries, including the recent death of eight people at the said spot? (ii) What specific measures has the Ministry put in place to address the causes stated in (i) above?
