Status of the Mental Health Board and other inoperational boards

Question

I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary to clarify on the many organisations that are being set up by Acts of Parliament but remain in-operational within her ministry. Specifically, I would like her to tell us the status of the Mental Health Board given that mental health is a serious and emerging issue in this country.
