Kulal, and South Horr towns will benefit from electricity connectivity considering that they are not yet connected to the national power grid? (ii) explain what plans the Ministry has to ensure that the said towns are connected to sufficient and uninterrupted power supply considering that the said towns are rapidly growing with many education and health facilities among other public utilities that require power supply?
