Caleb Amisi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) provide details of the governance and administrative structures of Kwale International Sugar Company, including providing the CR12 list of Directors? (ii) provide a report of the ownership status of the parcel of land LR No. 5004/30/R (also LR NO. 27742) currently occupied by the Kwale International Sugar Company, detailing the acquisition process and valid ownership of the said land? (iii) explain the measures the Government is putting in place to compensate or settle the squatters occupying the 5,816 acres of the said piece of land, including timelines for the said measures?
