Paul Abuor, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - (i) Explain the circumstances under which construction of the Riosiri-Rongo University-Cham Gi Wadu Road has stalled for the last two years? (ii) Explain plans that the Ministry has put in place to ensure that the contractor resumes construction of the said road? and (iii) State the timeline for completion of the said road?
