David Gikaria, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain in detail the circumstances that led to the termination of 30 employees by the Geothermal Development Company in April, 2022, including the reasons for dissolution of each employee’s contract and clarify whether due process was followed? (ii) Could the Ministry indicate if there are plans to reinstate these employees, and provide an expected date for their return, including any planned compensation for them?
