Danson Mwashako, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) clarify whether Mto Mwagodi-Mbale-Wundanyi- Werugha-Mghange-Bura Road project is funded by the Kshs. 43 Billion loan secured from the Chinese Government? (ii) explain why it has taken inordinately long to tarmac the Mto Mwagodi-Mbale-Wundanyi-Werugha-Mghange- Bura Road and actions taken by the Ministry to ensure the timely completion of the road?
