The Member for Seme (Hon. James Nyikal, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) state the reasons for delay in completion of construction works for upgrading to bitumen standard the Maseno-Kombewa-Wangarot-Kalandini road (RWC119) since its commencement in 2016? (ii) State when the Ministry of Roads and Transport intends to commence construction works on the said roads as it has stalled and outline when it is expected to be completed?
