Benard Shinali, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) explain why the construction of E9127 Mulundu- Shitoli-Malinya-Lusui road has stalled and provide the measures put in place to ensure resumption of works by the contractor? (ii) state the steps taken by the Ministry to ensure that the quality of workmanship on the said road is of high standards to guarantee its durability?
