Kassim Tandaza, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (iii) provide details on the amount allocated for roads for each county in the Financial Years 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 including the criteria used for allocation? (iv) provide an update on the progress of construction of Kwale-Kinango (B92) Road whose construction commenced on the 4th August 2021 and was to be completed on 3rd August 2024? (v) state when the contractor will resume construction of the Kwale-Kinango Road and the new timelines for its completion considering that the expected completion date has passed?
