Rael Kasiwai, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) explain the rationale behind the stalling of Barpelo- Tot-Marich road project and the expected date of commencement of the stalled project? (ii) State the measures being undertaken by the Ministry to address the perennial congestion along the Barpelo- Tot-Marich road to improve the flow of traffic as the road is awaiting completion? (iii) Provide details on the actual budgetary allocation to the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) towards completion of the said road?
