Peter Lochakapong, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) confirm that the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has recruited employees to the Department of Refugee Services (DRS) and if so, provide details on the number of recruited staff by the agency including the terms and conditions of service? (ii) explain why the employees are employed on a contract basis which is renewable annually and steps taken to ensure the staff are absorbed to permanent and pensionable terms?
