Patrick Makau, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Give an update on the status of compensation by the Kenya National Highway Authority and/or the Nairobi Expressway Construction Company (SINA) to private properties, in particular the Little Bees Kindergarten and Primary School that was affected by the Sewerage flooding during the construction of the Expressway on 3rd August 2021, 30th October 2021 and 20th April 2022? (ii) Provide timelines within which this compensation will be paid?
