Abdul Haro, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Defence: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Provide the status of investigations into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of four minors, identified as Maimuna Edin (5yrs), Asiba Abdiaziz (4yrs), Mohammed Alio (3yrs) and Rayan Adullahi (4yrs) who are suspected to have been killed by missiles fired from a Kenya Defence Forces Military Helicopter on 23rd September 2016 at Abbey Umur (Elram) location, in Kotulo sub-county in Mandera South Constituency? (ii) State measures put in place to guarantee security and safety of the residents in Abbey Umur (Elram) location as well as other Kenyans living along the 681 kilometres (423 miles) stretch along Kenya-Somalia border from the tripoint with Ethiopia to the Indian Ocean?
