The Member for Nakuru Town West (Hon. Samuel Arama, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) provide the names of police officers from Central Police Station in Nakuru Town who had been sent to arrest Mr. Alfred King’ooina Nyakeko of ID No. 22526660 at Koleni matatu terminus in Nakuru and state the reasons for his arrest including any complaints that had been advanced against him before he was found murdered at Eveready area of Nakuru Township? (ii) clarify whether the persons responsible for the death of Mr. Alfred King’ooina Nyakeko are the same police officers who had been sent to arrest him? (iii) provide the outcome of the Inquest report conducted vide Inq. File No. 09/2022 regarding the death of Mr. Alfred King’ooina Nyakeko? (iv) provide a report, if any, on investigations conducted by the Independent Policing and Oversight Authority (IPOA) in respect to the conduct of the Officer implicated in the death of Mr. King’ooina Nyakeko
