The Member for Kianango (Hon. Samuel Gonzi Rai, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary: (i) explain why Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) issued demolition notices against the Mackinon Road Trading Centre buildings approved by the Kwale County Government in 2020 and constructed away from the Mombasa – Nairobi Highway (A109) road reserve as clearly depicted on the approved map of the Highway?
