(Prof.) Jaldesa Guyo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Provide the status of investigations into the circumstances surrounding the shooting of Ms. Kabale Galgallo Guyo (ID No. 39763161) who was shot by police officers around Kangemi mosque compound, sustaining two gunshot wounds to her back with the bullets lodged in her liver and chest? (ii) Clarify whether there are any arrests made so far noting that the case was reported on 8th April 2024 at Loresho Police Station under OB No. 7/08/4/2024? (iii) State the measures, if any, the Ministry has put in place to compensate her given the grievous bodily harm and nature of the incident occurring near her place of worship?
