Martha Wangari, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) update on the status of the investigation into the death of Jasmin Njoki a 12-year-old who was raped and killed in Gilgil, Nakuru County on 19th September 2023, and the body dumped by unknown perpetrators? (ii) provide details on the findings/outcomes of the DNA Samples that were sent to Kisumu County last year from the suspected perpetrators? (iii) state the steps taken by the Ministry to ensure that the perpetrators are arrested and justice served on behalf of the family of the minor, Jasmin Njoki?
