Irene Mayaka, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Health: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) provide details on the status of Gavi-Kenya co- financing agreement obligations, including payment schedules, any outstanding commitments by the parties and indicate timelines within which the outstanding commitments will be completed? (ii) explain the steps taken by the Government to prevent vaccine shortages and ensure uninterrupted immunization services? (iii) provide a detailed assessment of the stock levels of vaccines in the country and reasons for any existing gaps in the stock levels? (iv) clarify whether there are any plans to procure vaccines for any anticipated shortfalls for vaccines and measures put in place to ensure vaccination of children in the case of a shortfall?
