Elisha Odhiambo, MP) to ask the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign & Diaspora Affairs: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) provide measures that the Government put in place to ensure that children born abroad to Kenyan citizens are recognized as citizens and can easily obtain essential documents such as National ID cards and KRA PIN certificates? (ii) explain how the Government is supporting the economic participation of Kenyans born abroad, particularly in acquiring property, securing employment, and contributing their skills and expertise to national development? (iii) state strategies in place to establish a streamlined integration process for Kenyans born abroad, guaranteeing them equal rights, legal protection, and access to national systems like other citizens?
